Tier two Sponsorship: €5000,-
Package for 2 people.

  • Four nights’ accommodation at the venue hotel from September 5th till September 9th, including breakfast, for up to two persons. Accommodation will be provided in one double room.
  • Lunch, various sandwiches, soups, and salads, vegan and non-vegan for two persons on September 6th, 7th and 8th.
  • Dinner.
  • Water, coffee, tea and fruit juices for two persons on September 6th, 7th and 8th.
  • Conference party (excl drinks)
  • Three vendor tables, (total space of 390 x 65 x 72 cm).
  • Your company is mentioned on a roll-up banner in the foyer.
  • Your company is mentioned on social media.
  • Your company is mentioned on the website, fixed at the bottom of the main page.
  • Your company is mentioned on the mobile app during the event, fixed at the bottom of the main page.
  • Your company will be acknowledged during the welcome class.
  • Dedicated sponsor spotlight email sent to all attendees prior to the event
  • Your company will be mentioned in the thank-you email sent to all attendees after the conference.
