Registration:

The APP Benelux conference offers 3 full days of anything you need to replenish yourself as a professional piercer.

It offers classes, workshops, shopping opportunities with world- renowned brands, and networking opportunities. We wind the days down with a game night to test your piercer skills, a show-filled conference party or a chill sunset walk on the beach.


You can expect class subjects to range from reviewing basics like anatomy, jewelry selection and tool-use to deep dives into hygiene, materials and studio management. Curious exactly what lessons are on this year? Check out the APP Benelux instagram or website!
During the day you are busy enough, so everything else is taken care of: coffee, tea, juices, lunch and snacks are included with your ticket.

During the 3 days, classes are held from 9:00 to approximately 18:00, with breaks in between classes to grab a coffee, snack or have lunch, visit the vendor space for a shopping spree (on monday and tuesday) or chat with your fellow piercers.
After that, join us for the inspiring evening program.

You don’t have to be a member of an organization to participate in this event.  This educational event is designed for piercers of all skill levels and from all over the world, offering an unparalleled chance to expand your knowledge and network.

  • Conference party (excl. drinks, but one opening drink included)

During the online registration you can give us all the dietary requirements, like vegan/non-vegan and food allergies. The lunch will be provided by the host venue, who will be able to accommodate for most food allergies. In case of extreme food allergy, the venue may recommend to bring your own food. 

You can attend the conference when you’re still in your apprenticeship. Upon registration we ask for your business registration, as an apprentice you may also use your studio/mentor credentials for registration. 

This is not an event to become a piercer. This event is only open for people who are working in the piercing industry. For example: piercers, apprentices, front of house, (floor)managers, health inspectors.

Yes, you will recieve an invoice through mail after we have processed your registration. 

You can pay through iDeal (Wero), Bancontact, Creditcard and PayPal.

We need the following information to verify that you’re working in the piercing industry:

  • Studio information
  • Socials/website

In the unlikely event that APP Benelux cancels the 2026 Conference, full refunds will be provided to all attendees and exhibitors. No compensation will be offered beyond the refund of the conference ticket or space fee. Otherwise, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Cancellations made before May 1st, 2026, will receive a 50% refund of the contracted space or ticket fee.
  • Cancellations on or after May 1st, 2026, are non-refundable.

Tickets to the APP Benelux Conference are personal and registered under the name of the attendee. Reselling or transferring tickets without prior approval from APP Benelux is prohibited. If a name change is required for a ticket transfer, a €50 fee will be charged to process the request. Failure to comply with this policy may result in denied entry.

Every attendee will recieve a certificate of attendance during the check-in. 

No, you can’t register at the venue. You can only register online through the conference website. Registration closes on August 21st, after this there is NO possibility to register.

If you could not grab a room at the Heeren Van Noortwyck or would like to stay close but not at the venue, there are multiple options around the venue within a 15 minute walk. Check booking.com for your options.

From Amsterdam Schiphol you can take bus 361 to Noordwijk and exit at “Vuurtorenplein” in Noordwijk. The Heeren Van Noortwyck venue is right across from the busstation. Total travel duration: 1h10min – 1h15min.

From Rotterdam The Hague Airport you can take bus 33 to Rotterdam Central Station, from there you can take a train to Leiden Central Station and from there you’ll have a direct bus connection to “Vuurtorenplein” in Noordwijk as well by taking bus 20 or 21. Total travel duration: 1h15min – 1h35min.

From Eindhoven Airport the public transport requires a bit more travel time, you need to get the Airport Shuttle bus to Eindhoven Central Station, after that there’s a train to Leiden Central Station which takes about 1h45min-2h. When in Leiden you can take bus 20 or 21 to “Vuurtorenplein” in Noordwijk. Total travel duration: 2h30min – 3h.

If public transport is not your speed, you can also grab a cab from the airport the venue. Uber is not a widely used service in the Netherlands outside of Amsterdam, so while you might hail an Uber on the way to the venue, finding one for the return journey might be more challenging.

Hotel parking is limited to guests of the hotel.

About a 5 minute walk from the venue you will find parking space ‘het Wantveld’ where parking is €15 per day.

Streetside parking is also available for €3,- per hour. Streetside parking is limited and we advise you to pay extra attention to what parking-zone you are in when you are paying for parking, as the venue is on the border of two parking zones.

In both options you can use a parking meter or download a free parking registration app like EasyParkNL to pay.

APP Benelux Conference house rules:

  • All attendees and vendors must be registered and display a conference badge at all times while in the conference areas such as classrooms, expo floor, foyer and hallways connecting these areas (with exception for hotel guests who need to make use of these hallways to and from their room). 
  • Conference badges are personal and may not be shared with others. Misuse or tampering with badges may result in removal from the event.
  • Attendees will follow instructions of APP Benelux Board of directors and volunteers and hotel staff at all times.
  • Will conduct themself in a proper and respectful manner towards other attendees, hotel guests, staff, etc. at all times. Racism, sexism, discrimination, harassment, belligerence and other willfully offensive and disruptive behavior toward other attendees, hotel staff and guests, board members or volunteers will not be tolerated. Intoxication is not an excuse for this behavior. 
  • Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas. It is not allowed to open emergency doors without permission or cause.
  • The use of drugs including softdrugs is not allowed on Hotel grounds
  • In case of medical emergency, the APP Benelux will (in accordance to hotel policy) take life saving measures. Any costs and/or damages that are the result of such actions are solely the responsibility of the receiver. 

Attending the APP Benelux conference will fill you with many new takes and ideas which are so much easier to manage with a way to take notes. Whether you prefer a paper notebook or your phone, make sure you have everything you need to jot down your thoughts when inspiration strikes you. First thing on your notes? Your packing checklist. To make it easier, here are some ideas for your packing list:


– A way to take notes.
– A water bottle.
– A power bank.
– A bag.
– Your stickers or business cards if you have them- a great way to break the ice!
– Things to freshen up – your deodorant, brush or makeup for example.
– Your debit- or credit card.
– Cash (to shop in the expo).

Noordwijk is a famous tourist destination because of its beautiful beaches and dunes and its proximity to Amsterdam, Leiden and Haarlem.

If you’d like to extend your stay after the conference, Noordwijk offers you a range of museums, seaside fun and it is of course the perfect base to explore the rest of the Netherlands from.

You make your own bookings, so you are not limited to an amount of days. Definitely take full advantage of the beautiful scenery in Noordwijk and its surroundings, or make a day trip to Amsterdam or Haarlem!

The Move:

If you have already booked your conference ticket, we’ve reached out to you about your booking over email.

The price of a ticket has changed to €325 and that means you are entitled to a €125 refund. This will automatically be refunded to you and should be back in your account within the week. If you have not received a refund or an email, please reach out to conference@appbenelux.org.


If you have made other arrangements like lodging and travel, please also let us know in response to the email we sent you. We can assist you in your travel plans to make sure your travel to the conference is as easy as possible.
If you do not wish to come along to Noordwijk and take advantage of the price drop and rather join us another time, please also email conference@appbenelux.org so we can sort out a full refund for you.

For the people who have booked before may 8th 2026, the cancellation policy is waived until may 15th 2026.

If you have made bookings for your travel to- and stay during the APP Benelux conference and it is not possible to cancel them, please be so kind as to send your order confirmations to conference@appbenelux.org. Our team will put together a custom tailored solution to accommodate your travel plans.

The APP Benelux conference is built around community. A community that is colorful, distinct, down-to-earth and sensible, and one that deserves a conference built around them and their needs. So we got to work to offer exactly that.

In building the most fun and education-packed edition so far and reviewing feedback, we realised that the venue was not serving our community’s needs.

  • The price has been adjusted to €325,-. This includes 3 days of classes and workshops, entrance to the expo floor, game night and the conference party (with a glass of bubbles as a welcome drink!).

Apart from the venue change, we’ve made a few more changes.

On Sunday night we’re introducing ‘Piercer skill bingo” where you can show off your practical skills in the most fun way. You might have pierced at least a few, but can you find a helix blindfolded? And how steady are your piercerhands exactly in a race against other piercers? Find out on sunday night!

The conference party will be way more than some dancing this year. A variety show will be hosted between your moves on the dancefloor to ensure fun and fascination for all!

This year for the first time, there is no communal dinner. Noordwijk offers a range of different cuisines and it is hard to pick just one. It seemed only fair you get to pick what fits your mood best.

Live piercing will still happen this year, but will have a more educational touch. Expect more workshops, educational talk-throughs and shadowing opportunities.

There are three packed days planned for you; after classes we host dinners, gamenight, a show and a party – so don’t go home too soon! You could of course stay at the hotel or any other lodgings close by (there are multiple options catering to different budgets within a 15 minute walk from the venue) but if you need to go home during the event, it is only a 1,5 hour drive to Veldhoven from Noordwijk.
