Registration:

You don’t have to be a member of an organization to participate in this event.  This educational event is designed for piercers of all skill levels and from all over the world, offering an unparalleled chance to expand your knowledge and network.

During the online registration you can give us all the dietary requirements, like vegan/non-vegan and food allergies. The food will be provided by the host venue, who will be able to accommodate for most food allergies. In case of extreme food allergy, the venue may recommend to bring your own food. 

You can attend the conference when you’re still in your apprenticeship. Upon registration we ask for your business registration, as an apprentice you may also use your studio/mentor credentials for registration. 

This is not an event to become a piercer. This event is only open for people who are working in the piercing industry. For example: piercers, apprentices, front of house, (floor)managers, health inspectors.

Yes, you will recieve an invoice through mail after we have processed your registration. 

You can pay through iDeal, Bancontact and PayPal. 

PayPal MUST be marked as Personal/Friends & Family. Payments MUST be received in euro. Any payments not sent in this way will deduct a fee which will leave your order with an outstanding balance. 

We need the following information to verify that you’re working in the piercing industry:

  • Studio information
  • Socials/website

In the unlikely event that APP Benelux cancels the 2025 Conference, full refunds will be provided to all attendees and exhibitors. No compensation will be offered beyond the refund of the conference ticket or space fee. Otherwise, the following cancellation policy applies:

  • Cancellations made before July 1st, 2025, will receive a 50% refund of the contracted space or ticket fee.
  • Cancellations on or after July 1st, 2025, are non-refundable.

Tickets to the APP Benelux Conference are personal and registered under the name of the attendee. Reselling or transferring tickets without prior approval from APP Benelux is prohibited. If a name change is required for a ticket transfer, a €50 fee will be charged to process the request. The new attendee’s information must be submitted to APP Benelux no later than 14 days before the event. Failure to comply with this policy may result in denied entry.

Every attendee will recieve a certificate of attendance during the check-in. 

No, you can’t register at the venue. You can only register online through the conference website. Registration closes on October 6th, after this there is NO possibility to register. 

General information:

The conference centre has its own hotel rooms. These can be booked here at a reduced rate:

  • Standard Single Room (single bed) including breakfast, €114,50 per night.
  • Superior single room (single bed) including breakfast, €127,50 per night.
  • Standard double room including breakfast, €132,- per night

Other hotels are also possible, they might not be close to the venue. Sleeping in your car on the parking lot is not allowed. 

NH Conference Center Koningshof is accessible by public transport. There is a direct bus line from Eindhoven airport and Eindhoven central station. The bus stop is named: “Veldhoven, Koningshof”.

NH Conference Center Koningshof also has its own parking lot, if you travel by car. This costs €1,50 per hour with a maximum of 7 euros per day.

APP Benelux Conference house rules:

  • All attendees and vendors must be registered and display a conference badge at all times while in the conference areas such as classrooms, expo floor, foyer and hallways connecting these areas (with exception for hotel guests who need to make use of these hallways to and from their room). 
  • Conference badges are personal and may not be shared with others. Misuse or tampering with badges may result in removal from the event.
  • Attendees will follow instructions of APP Benelux Board of directors and volunteers and hotel staff at all times.
  • Will conduct themself in a proper and respectful manner towards other attendees, hotel guests, staff, etc. at all times. Racism, sexism, discrimination, harassment, belligerence and other willfully offensive and disruptive behavior toward other attendees, hotel staff and guests, board members or volunteers will not be tolerated. Intoxication is not an excuse for this behavior. 
  • Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas. It is not allowed to open emergency doors without permission or cause.
  • The use of drugs including softdrugs is not allowed on Hotel grounds
  • In case of medical emergency, the APP Benelux will (in accordance to hotel policy) take life saving measures. Any costs and/or damages that are the result of such actions are solely the responsibility of the receiver. 
  • Valid ID/Passport (for travel, hotel check-in and conference check-in). 
  • Everything you need for a three day trip.
  • Deodorant and other toiletries.
  • Make sure you have enough medicine. 
  • Swimming/gym clothes (if you’re staying at the conference hotel, you have free access to the swimming pool, sauna and fitness area).
  • Bring cash and card. The bar at the venue accepts both cash and card. Vendors might have limited payment options. 
  • Cellphone and charger.
  • Business cards, you will meet a lot of other people!
